I am a joyful, successful, student-centered lover of teaching the French language. I have taught French for 25+ years on every level, from beginner through advanced French, and to all ages, from elementary school through college, and to adults. I teach one-on-one classes and group classes.

Why have I been successful?

My students learn with ease and are motivated because

(1) they know I never judge them, (2) they can’t help “catching “ my joy and excitement and they themselves end up becoming lighthearted and lose all self-consciousness, and (3) I teach all aspects of the French language with extreme clarity, always clearing up any confusion and maintaining respect for students’ questions and/or need for repetition.
