My experience
I'm a persistent and disciplined IT professional who can work with many different types of people and organizations, thus my priority of changing lives around the world through creativity and continuous learning. My experience spans voice acting, research, writing, data design and management, social work volunteerism, insurance advisory, and IT consultancy.
When my students learn the main aspects of what I'm teaching, I feel good and delighted because it means they've done their part. When my students are not quite satisfied with the content I am teaching, I assure them that I will cover whatever content I missed in the previous class in the following one. In Uganda, I worked for a year as an ICT teacher in a community center and in marketing with different companies. These jobs gave me the confidence to speak to people, and I now think that education is one of the most valuable gifts we can give to ourselves. Being a teacher, It would be an honor for me to assist mold the "young and adult minds" of my students and get them ready for effective cross-cultural communication in the real world.
Teaching methods
I'll use both teacher-centered and student-centered instrument, and online presence to reach my objective
Additionally, I will be blending the online lessons with non-formal education (i.e activities like virtual tours, children's games/sports, local trade markets and activities, farming activities, among others.). Then ask them to write essays and storytell about their experiences.
