I work primarily according to the students requirements by following proper revision of previous content to monitor the previous knowledge retention. There will be daily assessment to check the current status of student's knowledge. As it is wastage of time if student can't remember and understand the previous knowledge taught. It would be flexible and friendly discussion type lectures to maintain an hectic free environment during studies. It will help to motivate students to ask questions to dig deeply the concepts to reach their roots and implications. If we dont know the implications of any study, it can not be interesting for us because we don't know its worth. Hope to work with students who are struggling in their studies and do not know about their career. I can help students to choose their future studies based on their skills, interest, motivation and need.
