I've been doing coaching since 2016. I've worked with students who are about to graduate and willing to explore who they are, what they want in life and the top point they would like to reach. I use various coaching methods, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and Transactional Analysis techniques.
Let me give you an example of the effect of my sessions:
One of my coachees had a hard time about being recognized, approved and even loved. She thought that she didn't have enough courage and a skill set to be successful in life. She even hesitated to go to a store by herself. That's what she used to: to be protected/covered by her parents. And at that time, she was only 18 and preparing to go to the collage away from her parents. She was anxious, scared and hopeless. It wasn't easy as a coach to make her open herself and realize how deep her psychological scars were. During our 4th session, she finally found out what's wrong and said it out load: "I think I do not love myself and that's why I feel useless." Then we focused on self-love.
After weeks, in our last session, I wanted her to evaluate the whole coaching process and say something to herself. She said, "I'm glad who I am!" That was a heart warming moment and a breakthrough for both of us.
In every problem we're facing outside, has a root inside us. So take just a small step to find out.
