The main qualities in a workplace that I believe is necessary is to have an open mind as well as being a punctual and reliable reason. I consider myself to have these attributes because I have experienced the teamwork required in a workplace through some of my daily activities, previous job and hobbies to learn how to show and express myself throughout these and to build up confidence in communication whether that is with customers or with colleagues as each individuals worker has the potential to improve conditions and in a work environment.

I am currently in year 12 doing the A-levels: geography, maths and biology at and hoping to do an undergraduate degree at Warwick university for data science next year. I have completed my GCSE with acceptable grades. Maths:8, English:7, Geography:7, Science:7-6.

I am currently helping with younger years in tutoring at my school during my free time with maths and was a personal mentor to some GCSE students. I deeply enjoyed mentoring students because it gives me a chance to share knowledge as I was once a very struggling student, however was able to pass everything with good grades because of changes I had made in my way of study which is something many students struggle with nowadays.

I believe that with students you must not be strict because that gives them a bad impression on the subject you're teaching as well as you, the best you can do with a struggling student is give them tips and tricks that examiners look for so that when it comes to their main exam they can secure those marks.
