Ayofe Afisu Murana

I am Ayofe Afisu MURANA, I had three (3) years of teaching experience in higher institution. I adopted a teaching method of providing students with the basic and advanced skills, starting from the first principles. I provided the students with a health learning environment that will make them contribute and be fully active in my class.

The students will be provided with a lesson notes, group and individual class assignments.
In the class, after and during the classwork, the students will be required to do tutorials to establish the level of understanding of the subject course by the student, in order to provide necessary supports, and further understandings or clarification to the knotty parts of the lesson. These will also help in identifying students that require special supports. Five (5) minutes quiz will also be done, intermittently, during the teaching, to check the level of understanding of each student as work progresses.

Corrections to the tutorials and assignments will be done jointly with all students participating in the class to clear any difficult area of the assignments or tutorials as applicable to each student.

Before the exam on the subject, questions that cover the entire term work will be provided to students to prepare them for the exam, and this will also form the jointly revision exercise to prepare them for the exam.

When necessary, extra class will be provided to students as may be required by the students and management of the school to provide further clarifications to the slow learning students. Students will also be guided on the importance of the subject to their future ambitions to instill seriousness in their learning.
