Teaching has to do with coming down to the level of understanding of the pupils in order to facilitate better understanding and enchances new knowledge because it's a diversity aspect which involves moving from the front and back. Also the creation of the content of the teacher should aim at improving the pupils knowledge which will make the teacher to add instructional material to the topic been introduced which will bring a pictorial imagination of the topics been taught.
Furthermore, the teacher must evaluate the pupils in order to see whether there is improvement in the topic been taught. Then, Assignment should been given to pupils to keep them busy at home and also to remind them of the subjects been taught in classroom. The use of ambiguous words should always be violated in a situation of impacting to pupils so as to enchance easy assimilation of knowledge which will enable them to stand alone.
I enjoyed teaching because it's serves as a way of building the nation as a whole. I was once a primary and secondary school teacher which gives me ultimate confident in teaching career. Teaching of pupils is always technical thou because you have to come down to their level for you to witness what you have impacted. Am sure doing this teaching will help the nation as a whole because I believe in impacting knowledge to the young one because they capture it well and they make use of it to the nation as whole.
