I had an informal experience of two years in teaching students science and mathematics. It was wonderful interacting with so many age groups and different mindset. The COVID lockdown had increased my efficiency of teaching and spending time to explore the subjects in a much better and way amd clear their doubts. We also had singing sessions....poetry writing as a part of leisure activities. I can speak english bery fluently with a good accent and vocabulary.
I think teachers should not treat students as someone to dominate or rule but be friendly enough to build a bond based on morality and healthy relationship.
