I always try to make one-to-one relationship with my student. With only one person to focus on, I can basically try different teaching techniques. I always teach do play games tests of my students for my subject. I always make sure that students clearly understand each task. Always try to ask simple questions to find the where the audience has made a mistake. I always combine theory with practice as often as possible and also use a lot of imagery so that my students can easily understand. Moreover, I have clear mindset to help others learn and believe that they can make a difference. Meanwhile, I am a good listener I always listen to my students and try to solve their doubts. I use to check-in about the student's day or week homework; always have a conversation about their hobbies, interests or extra-curricular responsibilities and always start with a ice breaker or age- appropriate game so that my students can get interest in studies and can easily grab the syllabus in mean time. One of my success strategy is to make the coursework part of weekly routine. And always try to learn the burden of my students so that they can always score highest grades. I always try to use different teaching techniques with different end goals that depends on one lesson. My basic strategy is to understand my pupils and their learning needs. Always the relationship between the tutor and student is a vital element of the learning experience.
