I usually meet on Microsoft teams as I find it easier for both myself and my students, in my introductory lesson I like to get to know the student and enquire on what areas they feel confident and the least confident in to gain a better understanding. From then on I like to tailor my lessons based on my students using powerpoint slides and by using past exam material.
