I incorporate the whole dynamic approach of formulating lesson plans ,preparing lesson analysis and giving pretest and post test. Am more aligned to competency based training approach where it is a student led with assistance from the tutor.

I also love using musical presentation and use of video presentation in my lectures to easily accomodate all students on board
