There are so many method by which a concept can be imparted to students, so first I figure out how the student will understand better, then I proceed with the concept. Secondly, as mathematics is not very interesting for many students, I try and make lessons relatable to real life examples, so students and have a clear picture. The other this is that, when students realize that how every branch of maths is related to other, they feel it more interesting. As soon as students mind feels somethin interesting, it starts exploring and seeking knowledge. This is the time when the mind starts accepting concepts.
So, I follow the script.

In my 12 years teaching experience I have taught so many diverse communities which gives me an edge over other teachers. In past years I have gone through so many different syllabi that no book is a stranger for me.

Being from a family of teachers, what I have learnt is that being student friendly is one of the most important quality of a teacher. Stringent discipline practices make it difficult for a student to gain actual soul of the concept. I don't think everyone will agree with me but still I persist with my feeling that extraordinary discipline kills pupils learning desire. I give liberty of expression to my students, so that their mind stays alive and attentive.

Last but not the least, positive and negative motivations are important altogether.

I feel my self and other teacher that we are the luckiest people in the world who are helping raise a breed of students which learn knowledge and humanity at the same time.

Best Regards
