I have studied Modern & Medieval Languages at the University of Cambridge, where I have extensively studied the English language, contributing to my knowledge of grammar and other varieties of English. In my lessons, we will cover grammar, going over common mistakes, establishing colloquial conversation, writing techniques and enriching vocabulary. My lessons will be very friendly and informal, where there is room to make mistakes and learn from them!

I believe that learning a new language should be a fun and rewarding experience. My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you feel comfortable practising and asking questions. I will use real-life examples, simple explanations, and interactive activities to make sure the lessons are clear and enjoyable. Together, we will work at your pace and build your confidence step by step. If you desire, we can also read literature, poetry or watch movies and go through difficult passages or scenes to make sure you understand them. I have a good knowledge and understanding of English varieties across the world, although please bear in mind I am a British English speaker from London.
