My fitness journey started just over a year ago, doing push-ups and squats in my bedroom. Since then, I have gained a year of experience in a gym environment and I have learned so much about fitness and health and, most importantly, how to encourage others to achieve their goals. I aim for my sessions to be primarily student lead, which will ensure that you, as the student, will be in control of your own body and your health. I am knowledgeable in different exercises, such as strength training, mobility training and HIIT workouts, so I can help provide solutions no matter what you’re in need of. Within my sessions, I aspire to be encouraging and supportive, as I understand that there are many different ways to teach and each individual will respond to exercise in a different way. Fitness is an entirely personal journey, and will not look the same for everybody, so i will prioritise not just your physical health, but your mental health and the level of satisfaction that working out can provide. I also have a basic understanding of nutrition and can assist with any queries that a student may have about their diet and how it affects their fitness. Helping novices and beginners is my best skill set, however I am more than happy to be of assistance to any individual who is seeking guidance or support from a personal trainer.
