The lessons are designed to give you the skills you need to reach your goals. I find confidence in using the language in real life situations is the most effective way to build competence so the sessions will be skills based or conversation led depending on your needs.

Each week, you will get to focus on areas that maximise your strengths and help you develop extra competence in areas that you struggle with so that you feel confident delivering in exams, presentations and interviews. As your confidence grows, your anxiety will decrease because you will know you have all the skills and knowledge to get the job done.
