I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having qualified in 2002. I went on to gain a Cert.Ed. in Post-Compulsory Education and Training before moving in to Legal Practice Management in 2009.

I have lectured on law and business, held legal clinics on local radio phone-ins and I am a former guest columnist at The Sheffield Star newspaper.

I utilise an outcome and solution-focused approach, combining practical skills, knowledge and pragmatism. In addition, Strategic, Organisational and Financial Risk Management, as well as Compliance, are high on my agenda. In particular, the Law Society Practice Management Standard - Lexcel. Quoting in one firm's flawless Lexcel Report, a Lexcel Assessor said my ".. attention to detail was meticulous".

I have successfully completed Law Society Lexcel Consultant Training with a 100% pass mark.
