I have already had much experience helping a few foreigners adopt the English language, which has always had a positive outcome to the point where some of them speak it fluently.

For instance, I met a French female who knew no English at all, but with my assistance, time and patience, I was able to teach them bits of English each day. This meant I had to talk slowly and if I brought up a word they did not understand, I would either explain it in their language (as I would learn it at the same time) or I would describe in simple English words that they were familiar with. In addition, I found that by repeating familiar English words through common everyday sentences to the participant would make it easier for them to adopt it.

I have also recently been teaching a male from Norway a consistent amount of English. He did already come to me knowing some simple streaks of English but has rapidly progressed over the four months I have been teaching him. Again, I used patience, repeated words and spoke out sentences slowly to a point he could understand. Likewise, I have taught him about our country and our ways for him to gain a deeper insight into our English culture which has benefitted his learning of the language further resulting in good pronunciation, translation, ordering of the words, and how the language is used.

Furthermore, I have had experience professionally delivering education as a teacher. Therefore, I know the adequate ways of delivering educational information through different resources, techniques and senses until the participant fully understands. It is important to be able to teach a subject in different ways as each individual will learn and adopt it differently. Moreover, I have useful knowledge on a variety of academic subjects due to my time as a teacher and through my university courses. Overall, I have always had a passion for teaching from when I was young to now and have spent most of the experience in doing it at clubs, schools and at various work placements. Additionally, I have always found myself to adopt new languages quickly and efficiently as well as has having much interest and joy in doing so.
