I will try out different teaching methods, but the way I generally would teach is clear, straightforward communication. Respectful listening is paramount, as much as speaking. I prefer structured lessons. The content will range from Ks1 to GCSE (initially). As I go through my own academic pathway, I will soon teaching A-Level, and possibly at a University Degree level, too. As for experience? Your child will have efficient, well thought out lessons (I also specialise on study planning, so I can help them plan their studies). The lessons, during the week, would be short, but effective. Given that, as a 16-17 Yr old student, I can only work 12hrs (during term time), I will work Mon, Wed, and Fri (2hrs), and weekends (3hrs each). I might be available for Tue and Thu, to email. I will also offer free first day/week sessions for me to connect with them. The rest of the month will be 1/2 price (my usual price is £10, initially). As I gain experience, I want to make it clear that I will increase charges by reasonable amounts (over reasonable times. For instance, every month, or three months). If this app, 'Find Tutors' grants me permission for it, I will offer 20% off tuition fees during Exam seasons (ie May/June, November, February, or whenever they will have exams). I expect near-100% attendance. I will also expect them to listen, ask questions, and talk reasonably. Though I am slightly lenient on bad behavior, I won't tolerate it if it gets out of hand. Despite my personality, I do enjoy a laugh, and comradeire every now and then.
