I tend to find the best way to teach is by action and less by listening. Therefore, I like to teach the students and then let the students work through the problems themselves while guiding them if they get too stuck. Also, to keep them engaged I like to split up the teaching with questions intermittently as to maintain their attention. At first it’s good to test their knowledge and gaps within. We can then focus on what topics they struggle with and solidify them before moving on. Every so often I would then retest them to find new weaknesses.
