My goal is to transform my students to their full potential and contribute to their welfare and communities. I have achieved these goals in the past by adopting the contractual teaching philosophy. This philosophy motivates students enabling them to take a positive direction and act on their initiative. My uniqueness as a teacher focuses on giving students direction and applying a structured classroom management model while encouraging interpersonal relationships for better information sharing. This model is demanding in terms of my input but gives me the desired results and satisfaction. I believe in encouraging critical pedagogy in the classroom or online to support education further and advance my career".
