Harry Smith

My name is Harry Smith, and I am a private teacher who specializes in History. I have been teaching for four years and I’m proud to say that I have helped countless students achieve their academic goals.

One thing that sets me apart from other teachers is that I offer face-to-face classes in the comfort of my students' homes. I understand that not everyone has the time or the energy to travel to a classroom after a long day at work or school. So, I make it a point to go to them, which saves them time and energy.

I also offer the first lesson for free. I believe in giving my students a chance to see if my teaching style matches their learning style. I want them to feel confident in their choice of teacher before committing to a full session.

My classes are designed specifically for students in Key Stage 2 , which is the equivalent of high school. I focus on topics relating to European and world history. I believe that having a good understanding of the past is crucial in understanding the present and the future.

I am a man in my early thirties and have always had a passion for history. It has been my dream to share my knowledge with others and inspire them to see the world in a different light. Teaching is my passion, and I am grateful that I have found a career that allows me to pursue it.

One student who stood out to me the most was a young girl named Maria. When I first met her, she was struggling in History class and was on the verge of failing. She had lost interest in the subject and found it hard to comprehend the events that had happened in the past.
