I provide guidance to my students in their studies by following a lesson plan prepared before-hand based on their self introduction and school curriculum. I like to start everyday well-organised with coherent thoughts and ideas, potential queries so that we are not scrambling at the last minute. On one of the weekend I would like to have feedback from my students on their weekly learning experience and what they did not understand and if they need any modifications in the teaching-learning process. I believe in transparency. We will also share our personal stories and experiences regarding anything which will help both of us to understand each other better and I can offer the best guidance to you all.
