Hello, my names Ariana. I am a Dental student studying at Queen Mary University London. I have achieved a First Class Degree in Biochemistry from Queen Mary University London. I am excited to share my knowledge and passion to help students excel in their studies and reach their academic potential.

Throughout the years i have had accumulated over 8 years of experience as a tutor, mentor and sports leader teaching various age groups maths, science and taekwondo.
From my experience, working with various age groups i know how important it is for lessons to be engaging, comfortable and positive to allow students to ask questions. I believe a discussion-based teaching approach builds students confidence and ultimately makes students enjoy learning in order to ensure maximised learning outcomes.

Moreover, as a student myself using years of trial and error i have picked up the most efficient learning methods. I know it can be challenging to grasp new ideas and apply them, therefore my lessons will start as an introductory lesson where i aim to grasp the students strengths and weaknesses by giving them questions on a range of topics and observing how the student thinks and tackles the questions at hand. This enables me to tailor my teachings to every students learning style. This will also allow me to highlight specific topics and identify target areas of improvement in order to begin building solid foundational understanding for these topics step by step in an engaging way. As a current online tutor, i have stayed up to date with the different exam boards and their curriculum, thus to ensure students can apply the knowledge they have learnt i will make sure each of my lessons include exam style questions.
