One of the effective ways of my teaching is to develop a comprehensible and stimulating lesson plan which incorporates more than one teaching methodology, embraces a variety of educational materials to challenge students intellectually, and is tailored to facilitate all the learning styles. Besides, my solid knowledge of the language grammar enables me to identify errors and give worthwhile feedback to more advanced students, which is vital for students to improve their performance. Moreover, working with a great many students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, as well as of different interests, I have always created an anxiety-free and motivating environment which is aimed at strengthening students’ self-esteem, since the latter is the cornerstone of a successful and productive teaching/learning process
