I enjoy lots of visual learning as I think colour and images really supports students into engraving their learning into their brain.
A big piece of paper and felt pens in front of them to help them express what they are thinking. This is imperative when writing their own narratives or long written response. It also helps them structure how they want to out their imagery into words.
