Hi! My name is Anya and I am a first-class MFL graduate from the University of Nottingham, reading French, Spanish and Portuguese, with distinction in speaking for all 3 languages.

I now offer private 1-1 lessons for students seeking to improve their language skills and reach full fluency in all 3 languages. For students undertaking GCSE, A-Level or University examinations, I offer assessment specific lessons in accordance with their exam board to ensure that my students are producing work within the top marking band.

For younger students (KS1, KS2), I offer a more sensory approach to teaching to stimulate learning and engagement. Lessons with younger groups have previously included teaching body parts, playing an interactive game of Simon says and following up with a worksheet or an activity based exercise to apply knowledge.

As a language learner myself, who is not native in Spanish, French or Portuguese, I understand that not all styles of teaching are appropriate for all individuals. For this reason, I will work with you to understand what works best for you and how we, together, can help you achieve your goals.
