So far I have always adapted my tutor session based on the needs and wants of my students. Especially the lessons preparing for an exam or similar I like to prepare worksheets (grammar, listening exercises, reading exercises,...) I am still very familiar with school systems and what they like to see and have the students achieve, and therefore put a focus on those lacking topics.

If required I grade writing exercises or other exercises and am also available off-hours for quick little questions. I like to wait for the first few sessions to get an impression of my student to therefore really get to know them and can adapt the schedule accordingly.
