About me:
My name is Anthonia and I sat Maths, Physics and French A-level exams in summer 2024, predicted A*BB respectively. I have been tutoring since 2022 after GCSEs. GCSE grades: Maths (8), Physics (9), French (9). Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing video games; I am very passionate about computers and new technology. Currently, I am continuing my French learning online and have also started learning Python to diversify my skills. In terms of fitness, I go to the gym 5 times a week. This helps me keep a consistent routine in place which is an important part of my day.


Experience:
? Maths: 3 students from grade 5/6 to grade 7/8/9.
? French: 3 students from grade 3/4 to grade 7/8.
? Physics: 2 students from grade 4/5 to grade 8.


Teaching approach:
When tutoring, I begin by figuring out the student's strongest and weakest areas. Afterwards, we start improving the weaker areas, followed by exercises that have a mixture of many different skills and then build knowledge up from there. In French, I stick to a key focus of grammar as this is where students struggle and lose the most marks in exams, this has helped my previous students achieve high. In Maths, following a pattern of content learning and many practice questions right after does the trick! In Physics, going through content thoroughly and applying it to practice questions has helped achieve grade 8s.


Lessons:
I provide ONLY ONLINE GCSE tutoring (Zoom or GoogleMeet), ranging from £15-25 an hour.
