Hello, my name is Anoushka!

While I was at university, I tutored GCSE Geography. I also have experience as a primary school teaching assistant where I specifically taught maths in the afternoons. I have created content with my university about how to stay motivated during exam season, as well as how to become a proactive student.

I am very organised, knowledgable, and personable. I have the bonus of my university experience being very recent (I graduated my bachelors in 2022).

I like to have a session with the student to confirm their learning styles. I believe that the best way to excel in academia is understanding exam technique alongside a broad knowledge of the subject, rather than just a few topics in depth. However, the best way for me to plan the format of the sessions is to speak to the student about this. Usually, I start with an introductory quick task, then go into around 20 minutes of input from me with interactivity. I usually like to end with some exam technique, depending on the content of the subject and the context of what I am tutoring.

I can tutor geography, professional development, study skills and English language.
