Hello! It's nice to meet you! I tend to tutor in sign language online over a video call. I can also provide classes at my residence if in person is better for you. I work full time as well so lessons will be mostly evenings and weekends. I accept any student who wants to learn the basics of British sign language and I have the time and patience to be able to add to your knowledge. However, I know that I am not perfect, so whilst I have a certain teaching style, if it doesn't suit you, just tell me. I'll adjust as best as I can, to make your learning experience the best it can possibly be. Do you need written materials to be able to remember details better? No problem! Do you prefer more frequent lessons to keep the practice in? Just let me know. Do you want to have in person lessons but bring someone with you? I don't mind at all. Your comfort and lesson experience is my priority over anything. I have informally tutored people in sign language and am always updating my own knowledge to make sure the information I give you is as accurate and useful as possible. Are you needing assistance in the beginner class you're in? I can focus on the areas that you need. Even if you're only considering going on a course and want to know if it is something that interests you, just ask and I can accommodate a taster session for you, to give you an overview.
