I use a variety of strategies to engage learners. I am able to use IT effectively to support learning and am able to use good old fashioned pen and paper too. My handwriting is neat and tidy and I can support this, should it be something required. Where IT is involved I favour the PowerPoint but I am always open to new and exciting methods of getting learning across. Where other methods may wain, humour always prevails and I pride myself on building great relationships with the pupils I work with. Mutual respect is key.
I have over thirteen years teaching experience and more outside of the classroom too. During this time, I have taught all primary age groups and have been involved with all primary age assessments.
