If I teach languages, I would first assess the student's level of competence and what they need to achieve. It will be very interactive as there's no other way to do it with languages. I will use props and encourage active participation.

If I teach about leadership or communications, I will coach the student to assess what their ideal is, and what they have done so far to improve. I will then help them work out an action plan which is SMART and provide tools and guidance in order for them to reach their objectives.

The student will always be at the heart of what I teach and how I teach. Different students have different needs and different preferences so I will adapt my style to their style. The first session will be about me getting to know them and fully understanding what their objectives in having a tutor are.

With a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching, coaching specialisms, and over 25 years of expertise in brand communication, leadership, business management, and people and personal development, my deep passion lies in nurturing talent and fostering growth. I am also the mother of two students so I also fully understand the struggles students face nowadays.
