I usually create personalised lesson plans for the students, based on what they need and what they want to learn. I also review the student's homework assignments and I provide them with a feedback. I also support the students through mock exams and tests. While working as a teacher assistance ? Developed strong communication skills through providing French tutoring sessions, I gained excellent problem-solving skills by supporting extra-curricular activities. Furthermore, I have encouraged the development of new skills for pupils by providing educational worksheets and reading support. I have also grew interpersonal skills through interacting with both teachers and pupils, helping to keep the students engaged in their learning with games, songs, and recreational activities.
