I will always be in touch before we commence with lessons to gauge the level of students. If the whole syllabus needs teaching then we will go through everything step by step. I teach from power points slides that i make in advance which includes a lot of question practice. This can be done for all GCSE sciences as well as GCSE maths. Example questions will be presented and will be done together with myself as well as individual questions. If students are stuck or confused i make sure that they feel comfortable enough to ask for help as this is the best way i feel that individuals learn. The main goal is for me to make them feel confident in their abilities. If we go through multiple questions and definitions then thats how students confidence improves. Also having a good student teacher relationship is very important, so by keeping lessons upbeat and talkative it keeps students engaged and interested and overall allows them to achieve the grades they need
