Having studied Psychology at A-Level, I achieved an A* alongside studying Biology and Chemistry. I excelled in this subject, with my exam being published by Richmond Upon Thames College, to be used as an example to teach students how to correctly answer Psychology questions. I engaged thoroughly in this subject in college, and decided to proceed with my studies at The University of Sussex, studying Neuroscience. Through the two years I have spent at Sussex University, I have gained a huge extension of knowledge on Psychology and have decided to further increase my studies by applying myself to the Integrated Masters program, continuing my studies for a further year. I am currently in my 3rd year, writing my dissertation on Gut flora imbalance and how this can lead to Major Depressive Disorder. I am constantly looking for ways to improve my knowledge and span my own interests within my area of study. Therefore, as your potential tutor, I would express my passion for Psychology and share the knowledge I have gained throughout my studies to help you with yours. I would make teaching fun and fascinating for you, just as I would like learning to be for myself!
Lessons would be kept concise yet informative, in a style that can adapt to your feedback along the way. I will engage with you to keep you intrigued, integrating quizzes and suggesting other ways you can improve your knowledge and skills. Join me to learn more of Psychology, from theories and studies to creating your own hypotheses!
