I believe in positive reinforcement and my lessons are created utilising this structure. My experience as a Teaching Assistant has enabled me with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in lessons and create environments where students have the best experiences possible and are able to learn to the best of their ability. I approach each lesson with a desire to have fun and educate, creating an ultimately positive experience!
