I have experience tutoring students from a wide variety of backgrounds (ages, nationalities, etc.) and enjoy learning how to make each tutoring experience fit the needs of individual pupils.
A bit more about my experience: I was a Fulbright teaching fellow in Turkey, where I taught academic and professional English to university students from Turkey, Syria, Afghanistan, and Iraq. I helped run a language centre and have lots of experience creating enjoyable, useful lesson plans. I have also worked with young kids in small group tutoring sessions as well as one-on-one standardised test prep. Prior to that, I have individually tutored subjects in English, Writing, Reading, standardised tests, History, and Maths.
