I have been tutoring for 7 years and have used a multitude of different forms of lessons, trying to fit the student and their learning style as well as I can. I have earned a BA in Creative Writing as well as Film Studies and like to apply what I know about Creative Writing and Film Studies to make learning other subjects more interesting and engaging. I love working with students. I love working with people to make sure they are reaching their full potential. There is something so gratifying about pushing someone to be the best they can be an seeing them follow through on all the hard work they put in.
I usually work using pop culture and media, things that are easily grasped by almost everyone, to make sure that I make an easily digestible lesson that teaches and doesn't confuse.
