I have a friendly, confident and relaxed teaching style. I will always work at a pace where the student is comfortable with allowing them to learn so that they can get a better understanding without having t pressure of a school classroom environment. I am very patient and consistent, and can offer as much encouragement and support as needed so that students can learn effectively.
In my previous job role I mentored students from Level 2 mathematics and english to enable them to continue to study for further education most of these students continued to gain diplomas into dental nursing. I can use both verbal and visual educational tools to help students gain a better understanding of english speaking and grammar. I will give as much support as is needed to allow the student to develop their language skills to whatever level they wish to achieve. I will set tasks as homework projects and mark these so that students can see their progress. I believe that every student has great potential and can achieve anything that they want to and I get so much satisfaction in encouraging self belief and empowerment allowing students to be confident and continue to improve and flourish in whatever they wish to achieve in life.
