I have helped out my classmates when they need help solving their chemistry problems, or just understanding the very basics of it. Most of my classes are really colorful. I do use PowerPoint but I often use its tools to draw, I also give breaks and time to process all the information. I do not require for you to have camera, just if necessary speak. Just to make sure you are understanding.
I can plan games so kids can understand better. And make our class more dynamic. My very first commitment would be, being respectful, not shaming, and not leaving behind anyone.
