All lessons will be on zoom. You will receive a link to the meeting prior to the lesson. Lessons will be fun and interactive. Lessons will consist of screen sharing from me with step by step guidance, practical work for the student; this could be a times challenge, a sample flip, creating a drum sound etc. Lessons can be recorded if the student would like to use the recording for future reference. After the class, students will have additional resources given, which will be linked to the next class if they choose to continue. During the lessons we will begin with going through some ideas and I will show you what we will be looking at for the lesson. You will then try this yourself. I will give the appropriate resources needed. I will then give feedback on what you create and give you ideas for any changes needed. We will then finish the lesson with a challenge followed by more feedback. The challenge could be anything from creating a track with a time limit, flipping a sample, creating a drum sound from scratch etc. We will then look at what you created and can make any changes at the end, I will give you feedback. Lessons will vary as we progress, some will be completing entire songs, creating full drum kits that you can use and/or sell in the future, creating sample libraries, working in multiple different genres from hip hop, trap, rap, drill, rnb, Afro etc. I will help new students progress fast! Beginning in production is always the hardest, having someone like me to help through this stage will hugely help you to progress a lot faster.
