Salut ! My name is Angus, I'm a 21 year-old student from Australia.

I am a very devout francophile and recently returned from studying in Strasbourg, with all instruction (and exams!) in French. If you're also been bitten by the french culture bug (or perhaps are just being forced to, I won't judge) and want to learn more about this beautiful language and culture, I am here to help!

I plan to adapt my lessons to your needs, whatever they be. Expect fairly informal but substantive lessons based around your needs. Whether you want a conversation, have questions, or desire a more traditional didactic approach, I can adapt.

I am capable of teaching at whatever level you're up to you. Having taught myself the language over the course of years, I totally understand the difficulties french can present and recognise the potential traps you could fall into at any level. Unlike native french speakers, I didn't just learn all the rules unconsciously; I worked hard!

If you're a beginner or not sure what you need, I can also help you draw up a plan and guide you the right way. Learning a language is often not very intuitive, so if you're uncertain about what to do or what you want, I would be more than happy to discuss this with you.

I fully believe almost anybody can learn a language. It's not like becoming a professional footballer or a NASA astronaut: with the right amount of effort, anyone can get there. So if you're really been wanting to learn french, know it's possible, and I will glad to help you.
