During my professional career in Greece & Denmark i had the joy to work with a lot of wonderful people from different cultures. I enjoy to communicate while teaching, because i also learn a lot from the people that are by my side. In my classes prepare to have your basic kitchen setup and a good mood as we will go through everything you need to know in order to work on our subject.
