I have a Master of Science in Statistics and one in Computer Science, I have worked for more than 20 years as a data and information technology professional in the US and the UK. My work included roles as lecturer and tutor in various areas of Statistics, from basic to advanced, mainly to graduate students at the universities of London and Bristol, where I had responsibility for preparing lecture...
I have a Master of Science in Statistics and one in Computer Science, I have worked for more than 20 years as a data and information technology professional in the US and the UK. My work included roles as lecturer and tutor in various areas of Statistics, from basic to advanced, mainly to graduate students at the universities of London and Bristol, where I had responsibility for preparing lectures, advising students and grading their assignments. Having worked both in academia and industry, and in several different sectors in the latter (e.g. IT, finance, healthcare), I am used to tailor my teaching to a variety of audiences to fit their specific needs and backgrounds, and that includes people with no previous exposure to statistics or data handling.
