I have found beneficial to speak Spanish fluently while working in a multidisciplinary team as I had helped individuals to overcome a language barrier when discussing a decision relative to their healthcare, being bilingual in Cardiff that has a very diverse community had helped me improved my confidence as I can communicate with a wider range of people.
