I plan my classes ahead with step by step content based on exam questions. I always relate to the academic studies to how things operate in practice to make it easier for students to understand how things works in real life.

I spend time with students who find specific parts of the course difficult to understand and break it down in to parts, this may often require more detailed and individual specific notes for students but it is important that students gain confidence in the study so as not to panic when develop mental blocks towards a aspect of the syllabus or the subject itself.

While not all students will love accountancy or business studies, its important they appreciate its use.

I work with students online, while I present in power-point I also prepare notes and questions related to the syllabus to increase their understanding and confidence in the subject. Many of the challenges students face, i myself would have faced as a student in the subject and I explain to them how I overcame them while also giving tips for exams and how to optimise their time and knowledge in what can be a very daunting exam situation.
