Our first session will take the form of an informal chat where I will find out about you and what it is you want to focus on. If you are not sure, or have more than one goal, I will help you find a starting point and decide which goal should be your first priority. My role is not to give you answers but help you to find the answers for yourself. This is done through conversational coaching techniques and focused activities. By the end of the session you will have a goal to work towards. We will then put a detailed plan in place to help you reach that goal and we will have regular check-ins to track your progress and put any additional supports in place that you might need. For example, if there are barriers standing in the way of your progress, we will identify those and look at how you can overcome them in order to reach your full potential.
