As we explore and notice in modern times, education has become a need of the society and teachers are completely essential part of it although teaching shouldn't be taken as lightly as it looks, making someone understand in their own ways and helping them to achieve a good in life, if i could help out anyone though the education i have got, i would think i have given something back to the society just like our teachers have before us.
Particularly when it come to working with children and teenagers as they are delegate, they just start getting to know the things around them, it can be hard to retain focus, manage behaviour, and encourage active participation but with proper persuasion and help one can achieve that.
One may not need to pick one certain method and stick to it, but one can may follow methods and styles that are needed as per different learning environments. every student is different in their own ways, its just how the society is and each person is special in that categories, i have helped out in NGO’s teaching students basic english and maths whenever needed. As for the content and format, after knowing what sort of students i would have and the requirements as per you needs, will follow up with the guidelines.
My class would include activities, goals, lesson materials and feedback.
If anything else apart from this is required, I would try my best to make lesson relevant to students lives and experiences and enhance students to take part in celebrating different cultures though which he can gain and grow as a better human being.
