I am a professional Senior Leader with over 12 years' experience in leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. I lead and develop teams and individuals to become successful industry leaders by ensuring their development journey is bespoke to their leadership style and objectives.

I provide one-to-one coaching / mentoring sessions to individuals to support them in both their academic and professional development journey to becoming industry leaders of the future. Utilising my breadth and depth of leadership experience to guide you on your own leadership journey; equipping you with the required skills and supporting you in successfully securing future industry leadership roles.

Coaching sessions take a structured approach to ensure your progress can be measured and tailored as required to meet your needs. I will cover areas, not exhaustive, such as vision, communication, influencing and motivation skills to enhance your leadership journey. As we work our way through the key steps to successful leadership, we will use each session to build and establish your leadership action plan and identify a roadmap for implementation to support future reviews and implement any changes if required.

Mentoring sessions follow a less structured approach and are an opportunity for you to discuss and identify areas of support you need me to guide you on. We will work collaboratively to aid your development, and I will share my knowledge, experience and advice aligned with your identified areas for development. This is an opportunity for you to share your ideas, concerns and ambitions in a safe environment prior to any future implementation.
