My approach

My natural upbeat and credible facilitative style of delivery enables me to quickly build rapport with learners from all levels and backgrounds. I have the ability and the supportive nature to encourage even the most reluctant student to become comfortable in participating positively to an event.

As a trainer my philosophy is that the most effective way for people to learn is by facilitating understanding through activity and discussion thus paving the way for the practical application of new ideas. My experience has shown me that when people are actively involved in the development and application of new ideas, they are more likely to make the change a success.

I have been fortunate to have operated successfully within both the corporate world in a leadership position at senior management level and also as a small business owner/MD running my own training consultancy. This has given me the ability to think and plan strategically whilst not losing sight of the actions required to achieve entrepreneurial success.
